Amendments to the law "On Personal Income Tax"

Currently, amendments are being made to the law “On personal income tax” to repeal the provision that requires businesses to make advance payments for the respective year. Previously, in 2021 and 2022, this requirement was suspended temporarily as one of the tax support measures during the COVID crisis, but it is now planned to abandon it altogether.
